About Aishiteruze Baby, I recommend for anime though. I don't know if there's a manga (in my country, there's no Aishiteruze Baby manga). From what I know, it has a great storyline : A playboy which must take care of a little girl, who left by her parents. Some events have a touching moment, and I guess there's a lot of moral can be taken from this one.
About GunSlinger Girl, hope it's not offended a 9 year old girl ^^a But so far which I read, the storyline is good.
